① Carton steering conveying system
Function: Roller conveyor belt carton flips 90°, automatically aligns, and automatically connects upstream and downstream equipment.
Technical highlights: infrared induction positioning, accuracy ±0.5mm; variable frequency speed regulation, suitable for 600-1200 boxes/hour production capacity.
② Weighing and testing machine
Core parameters: weighing range 50g-25kg, accuracy ±0.1%.
Function: Automatically remove unqualified products and support overweight/underweight/empty box detection.
③ Printing and labeling machine
Application scenario: Support multi-specification label printing, including variable data (batch/expiration date/barcode).
Material compatibility: kraft paper, PP synthetic paper, waterproof labels, etc.
Differentiation function: visual verification system, automatic detection of label misalignment/blur; docking ERP system, real-time update of printing instructions.
④ Robotic palletizing system
The robotic palletizer has an adaptive stacking mode and can easily cope with various material characteristics and palletizing requirements.
Technical parameters
Load capacity: 3kg-1300kg, widely applicable to a variety of materials, including boxed, bagged, barreled, etc.
Palletizing height: 2 meters (including pallet), which can be flexibly adjusted according to actual needs.
Fixture design: customized according to material characteristics, 2 or 4 boxes can be stacked on the pallet at a time to improve palletizing efficiency.
Cardboard function: The fixture has a built-in cardboard suction function to ensure that cardboard can be accurately stacked between every two layers of cartons and enhance stacking stability.
Control system: The whole line control system integrates intelligent management to achieve full automation of palletizing operations.
